Privacy Policy

General Terms
The following Terms and Conditions govern all agreements between us and our customers regarding the supply of products, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Contract Definition
A contract refers to an agreement between both parties concerning the purchase and delivery of products.

Payment Terms
Payments must be made within 30 days from the invoice date or as mutually agreed upon in writing. By accepting the goods and/or services provided, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms, even if conflicting terms exist in their order documents.

Conditions of Sale
All products are sold under these General Terms, which apply to every contract between us and the customer. Any additional or conflicting terms from the customer shall be invalid unless specifically agreed upon in writing. Changes to these Terms will not affect any pre-existing contracts.

Pricing
Prices are determined based on the agreed delivery date. If any adjustments to the delivery date occur, we reserve the right to modify pricing before shipment. Prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars unless agreed otherwise. Prices are set on a Free Alongside Ship (FAS) basis.

Payment
All invoices must be settled by the agreed Due Date via bank transfer. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in:

  • Interest charges of 2% per month until payment is received.
  • Loss of any agreed discount.
  • Suspension of further deliveries.
  • Conversion of credit terms to prepayment only.
  • Potential return of products if ownership has not yet transferred.
  • Liability for legal and administrative costs related to debt collection.

Returns Policy
Products cannot be returned without prior written approval.

Claims and Liability
Customers must inspect all products upon receipt and sign the accompanying delivery note/invoice. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours in writing. Damaged goods should be retained for inspection.

Confidentiality
Any contract details, business-related information, or materials disclosed by us remain confidential and must not be shared with third parties.

Customer Insolvency
If a customer becomes insolvent, enters administration, liquidation, or ceases operations, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel existing contracts.
  • Halt further deliveries.
  • Demand immediate payment of outstanding amounts.

Credit Information Disclosure
By applying for credit, customers agree that we may:

  • Obtain credit reports from relevant agencies.
  • Share credit information with other credit providers as permitted by law.
  • Use such information for assessing credit applications and monitoring payment history.

These Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure transparency and efficiency in all transactions. We reserve the right to amend these policies as needed.
